Emerson was so friendly and kind. I have always had bad experiences at the dealerships and he was the complete opposite. He got me a really good deal and worked really hard to get me the deal. I came in knowing what I wanted and he had multiple options available for me to look at and the process was seamless.

I went in to do a trade in since they really want my current vehicle. I told them my budget and it was completely ignored. They acted like they could stay in my budget, kept me there for 4 hours, and gave me something 400 over my budget to rip me off. Ive always had issues with sales people and it feels like Ill never find a good one...

While the salesman was great to work with ahead of going in he acted like he was in a rush when we got there, checking his watch, dismissing any questions I had and notifying us the time. It was 7, they close at 8. Told my nephew to take my personal belongings out of my car while I signed paperwork. He was rolling his eyes and making faces at my nephew while he was speaking. Very rude. We left with no purchase.

Took my 09 Buick lacrosse to Lindsay body shop. James and the Body Shop technicians did a great job. I usually keep my car pretty clean but for the last month I knew it would be in the body shop so I had let it go a little bit. The detail guy did a good job on the car. Also it looked real good when I picked it up thanks Lindsay collision.

Had an alert pop up on my dashboard; it was quickly diagnosed and resolved the same day. I will gladly drive 20 minutes to get my car serviced with Lindsay Buick and GMC – the most honest repair service provider in Columbus for Buick/GMC. Over the past 6 years I've been to two other Buick dealerships in Columbus and Lindsay is by far the most honorable. Couldn't recommend them more.

It has been a couple months since I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from them and we are very happy with it. Cameron was straight up and very easy to deal with. I can recommend this dealership to buy a car from. I drove 7.5 hrs each way because it was a low mileage Jeep for a good price. Don't waste your time taking your vehicle for service. I was quoted almost $2000.00 on a $600 job. They must believe people are uneducated and stupid.
